Where is TFC based?
TFC is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We can support projects in other markets, subject to agreement on scope, logistics and local requirements.
What kind of events do you produce?
We produce events in three sectors: sports, music and live entertainment, and corporate and brand events. Our work covers planning, production, on-site management and post-event reporting. Read about Event Production & Management.
How does an engagement start?
It starts with an enquiry. We then agree a brief, prepare a written proposal and budget, and sign an agreement with you before any work starts. Nothing is charged until the scope and fees are agreed in writing.
How are fees and payments handled?
Fees are quoted in writing and invoiced in UAE dirhams (AED), with VAT added where applicable. Invoices can be paid by bank transfer or, where offered, by card.
Card payments are processed by third-party licensed payment service providers. TFC does not store full card details. Our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy explain how payments, cancellations and refunds work.
Do you represent athletes and performers?
Yes. We provide representation and career management for athletes and performers under written agreements. We work with people under the age of 18 only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
How do you handle personal data?
We collect only the personal data we need to respond to enquiries and deliver our services, and we keep it secure. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. Our use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.
